What actually changed

Compare two image references -- two tags, two versions, two different base images -- and see the size delta, which layers are shared versus unique to each, and exactly what changed in the config. Layers are matched by digest, not position, so a shared dependency-install layer is recognized even if something earlier in the build changed.
